Privacy

TaleCue is a public alpha product for creating narrated photo memories. This page explains the practical privacy position for early users.

What We Collect

When you request an invite or create an account, we collect your email address and basic account information.

When you use TaleCue, you may upload photos, audio recordings, written memory text, transcripts, generated image descriptions, AI stories, tags, and MP4 share cards.

If you subscribe or donate, payment is processed by Stripe. TaleCue does not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

We use your information to provide the app, save and retrieve memories, generate transcripts and narrations, create MP4 cards, manage billing, send transactional emails, and improve the alpha product.

We do not sell personal photos, voice recordings, transcripts, or memory content.

Services We Use

TaleCue currently uses Supabase for account, database, and file storage; OpenAI for transcription, image description, story, and narration generation; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; and Vercel for hosting.

These services process data only as needed to provide TaleCue features.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, recordings, writing, and memories you upload.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it in TaleCue, including permission from people shown or recorded when required.

Access And Deletion

During alpha, some account and deletion tools may still be manual. If you need help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting data, contact us at hello@talecue.eu.

Deleting generated outputs such as MP4 cards may remove stored files, but usage and billing records may be retained where needed for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Alpha Status

TaleCue is changing quickly. We will update this page as the product, analytics, storage, and sharing features evolve.
